Here we have a new, steel fuel tank, in-tank fuel pump and sending unit for 1966 - 1970 Chevy Impala, BelAir and Biscayne cars using a modern electronic fuel injected engine. This tank is 3/4" deeper and 5" shorter than stock. It is based on the 65-66 Impala tank and fits in the 69-70 Impala using your stock 69-70 tank straps. Our part number is TM537B-T combo. They are built by Tanks Inc.
And measure 37-1/4" x 30" x 7-3/4. The large fuel pump tray is already installed and prevents fuel starvation. Where the fuel pump and sending unit mount are recessed for trunk floor clearance. Made of galvanized steel and powder coated silver on the outside.
This is the preferred pump for fuel injection based swaps. The assembly has the pressure port, the return port and a vent port. (They are 1/4 npt female). The pump and sending unit are not installed.
