1969 Chevy Camaro Notched Steel Gas Tank 255 lph Pump & Sending Unit
Here we have a new, steel fuel tank, in-tank fuel pump and fuel level sending unit for 1969 Chevy Camaro using a modern EFI engine. Our part number is TM32BN-T. They are built by Tanks Inc. And measure 39-3/8" x 20-7/8" x 8-3/4. This notched corner 69 Camaro and Firebird tank is perfect for mini-tub applications. The front of this tank is narrowed to 27" to clear up to a 345 tire and 3" exhaust. To help regain fuel capacity from the notched corners this tank is 1 deeper than stock. Even if you do not have a mini-tubbed car this tank will work on a stock car where you need a little more clearance for exhaust. Please note that this tank will not work with narrowed leaf spring kits. The large fuel pump tray is already installed and prevents fuel starvation. Where the fuel pump and sending unit mount are recessed for trunk floor clearance. Made of galvanized steel and powder coated silver on the outside.
This is the preferred pump for fuel injection based swaps. The assembly has the pressure port, the return port and a vent port.
